The last two weeks we have been criss crossing our new favourite island, Tasmania. I have chosen deliberately not to write while on tour, since it can be a bit of a chore to do blogging sessions after each incredible day.
Tasmania has delivered so many epic moments, so much clean air, so many cool animals, such a cornucopia of food, the clearest water, the most awesome of views, the coolest hikes and the most delish beverages and it is all a bit hard to comprehend what we have done in the last two weeks.
We are now in a hotel room in Hobart, staying here to wash clothes and get ready to fly over to New Zealand on Sunday.
I will make feature pieces on many of our stops, hikes and side-quests but for now, just let me say that Tasmania should be experienced by everyone who likes an adventure.
I will let some pictures do the talking for now, and prepare for New Zealand!

So cool to see you down under! I look forward to your Tassie posts!

Thanks! We will have to meet up, we will be in the North Island for sure in that period. If you have Instagram, look me up as Vanwremer, and we can keep up progress there if you want to👍

I’m so excited for you! Tasmania looks so fun and beautiful and loved these close encounters with wombats and tassie devils. Everyone says how great Tasmania is and the photos have convinced me I want to go now. Enjoy your return to New Zealand safe travels 👍 😊

Us Aussies love Tassie too! Such a special part of the world. We spent a month touring with a two-man tent some years ago and it was magic. I think having to write everything up after a great day is a chore too. Enjoy NZ! Lynn
